We have instructions at https://github.com/helma/opentox-documentation/wiki/Installation-of-IST-OpenTox-webservices At present they are slightly outdated, but we are updating as we proceed with the deployment of our new services and the creation of our virtual appliance. On the OpenTox site we have already documentation links in the downloads section - maybe we should add installation instructions there. Best regards, Christoph
